This resource package includes the slides and recording from the October 23, 2025 Moving Towards Sustainability Affinity Group session.
The session highlighted emerging sustainability strategies and included a bright spot from Alliance Medical Center on integrating PHMI sustainability strategies into its 2026–2028 strategic plan. Participants discussed how to continue drafting their sustainability plans, engage staff and leaders, and connect sustainability work to a broader culture of population health.
