Findhelp is a free online directory that helps people locate food, housing, transportation, health care, financial assistance, employment, education, legal services, and other community resources by ZIP code. Findhelp also offers organizational tools to support social care workflows, including screening, care coordination, closed-loop referrals, network management, and reporting and analytics.
