This resource package includes the slides and recording from the October 3, 2025 Moving Towards Sustainability Affinity Group session.
The session supported health centers to select strategies to sustain over time, discuss challenges with peers, and begin documenting their sustainability plans. Participants reflected on stakeholder engagement, conditions needed for sustainability, and action steps to prepare for future conversations with senior leadership.
