In this interactive peer learning webinar, see how we tackle best practices and strategies for operationalizing clinical guidelines in person-centered, equitable and sustainable ways! We review two clinic workflows, including perinatal depression screening, as case studies to explore methods and tools for operationalizing clinical guidelines. The discussion also includes strategies for collaboratively designing, testing and implementing clinic workflows, leveraging HIT and other clinic processes to hardwire changes, and tracking impacts of clinic workflows on key outcomes.
