Sustainability

This session introduced the purpose of sustainability planning and supported health centers to identify strategies to sustain, assess conditions needed for long-term success, and prepare to engage key stakeholders. Participants also discussed early planning questions, including who needs to be involved, what challenges could benefit from peer input, and next steps for developing a sustainability plan.
