March 2026 Statewide Learning Session

The PHMI March Statewide Learning Session (SWLS) convened on March 3-4, 2026 in Berkeley, CA. The program featured:

• Working sessions designed to support teams to finalize SMARTIE goals and develop implementation plans
• Breakout sessions for Action Communities and Health Center Leadership
• Presentations and working sessions on financial and operational strategies for maintaining PHM in 2026 and beyond

Objectives

By the end of the statewide learning session, teams:

• Finalized SMARTIE goals
• Discussed financial levers to sustain population health management efforts
• Prepared to implement Q2 implementation plans
• Launched Action Communities
