Cervical Cancer Screening Patient Handouts

This set of three customizable patient education handouts supports conversations about cervical cancer screening and prevention.

• Handout 1: Age 21 introduces cervical cancer screening and the first Pap test for patients newly eligible for screening
• Handout 2: Cervical Cancer Screening is a general screening handout explains screening recommendations, Pap and HPV testing, what to expect, HPV self-collection, and follow-up after abnormal results
• Handout 3: HPV Self-Collection provides focused information on who may consider self-collection, how to collect a sample, and what happens after testing.

The handouts are provided as editable Microsoft Word files so community health centers can add their own branding and clinic-specific information, such as a phone number, address, scheduling details, or QR code, before printing, mailing, or sharing them with patients.
